It is WACO Project which has a dream to provide technical training to rise the employment in the rural areas and to make it economically strong by developing the skills and village and the villagers in the field of herbal plants, agriculture, small scale industries, dairy, poultry, masala, agarbati, candles, bee keeping, bio fertilizer, methane gas, pickles, tailoring, embroidery, mobile repairing, computer, beauty culture, for up gradation of unemployed youth and villagers for development progress and poverty alleviation.
In the area of livelihood options and skills, there is a disconnect between the market needs and human resources available. Improving these conditions is necessary to be able to harness human resources of our nation to the best of its capabilities and capacity. The country 's strength in the coming years lies in its man-power improving it's quality and creating opportunities for it is thus of prime importance.

It is Waco project which has a dream to provide work every hand. Only for this scheme has been launched under Waco project. Under this scheme we have to create 60 self help groups at village level consisted by 10 person's each (male/female)and we will support them by providing financial support and technical support so that every member of this group will be able to remove their starvation. In this way we will break the vicious circle of poverty.
