The vision is to enable the person with Disabilities (PwDs) to avail better livelihood opportunities by market linked training and jobs in the organized sector. The initiative aims to make inclusive employment of the underprivileged and PwDs the norm in companies. This will trigger several orders of magnitude direct employment of this community by corporate India as employees of choice. Who bring enormous value to their business by way of quality work, productivity gains, and lower attrition. Our center has been placed in West Bengal and Assam.
